I live in a 55+ community. Most of my neighbors are very well off and have some pretty nice RVs. Two of my close neighbors bought from the local CW and have swore they will never sit foot there again.

I didnt ask for details.

Gonna have to say N/A.

The dealer told me that I shouldn't worry about the low OCCC on a coach that I was looking for, because I didn't need to boondock anyway and should stick to full hookup camping.

Last fall when I needed an awning strut repair done I couldn't get a schedule from the person that took my phone call, nor even if they would be willing to take the job. He promised to call right back. No call. I called again the next day, same response. I immediately called an independent shop and he was able to schedule me in, said it would take about 3 to 4 weeks to repair due to how busy it was, and to bring it in the next day. It took 5 weeks due to the incorrect part was shipped to the shop.
3 weeks later CW finally called to tell me they could schedule me for repairs and to bring it in the next month. In fairness, all the other local dealers were extremely busy, but they at least told me they didn't know when they could get me in.
Yes, all the RV shops were extremely busy last fall. That is no excuse for the poor customer service from CW.

Had them do some work for me installing brake controller (when I was towing 5th wheel) in a brand new truck. Ended up cracking the battery, acid wicking down the wire, through the firewall (which they did not put any insulation to prevent wire chafing) and dripping on the floor and my foot. Went back, and they replaced the battery with the wrong battery and screwed up the battery cable. I have not, and never will, step foot in a CW again for service. I don't even buy from the as I can get the product faster and cheaper elsewhere. And now, I am getting buried in Gander Mountain ads from Lemonis!

I don't have to rate them. Their reputation proceeds them.

With all respect to you, MSHappy, but do you really believe that Lemonis will give a single hoot about a poll taken on a forum that competes with his own RV website and forum?

Yeah, I'm sure you're right, but I was to find out just what the percentage was of folks who have had an actual experience with CW!

Got my slider hitch from them and had them install it.
I learned NEVER to use CW for anything but box items not easily obtained elsewhere in an emergency.
