Recycling Shower Water

Just saw the option of recycling shower water thru a filtration system and recapture 90% to 95% of shower water for reuse. It sounded like it was a separate tank from the fresh water tank. What do you think? Be great for Boondockers. It was on a Space Craft RV.

I don't think I would want to drink the stuff, there's just too many things that could go wrong, but the astronauts do it and that's one of the many reasons I'm not an astronaut.

But a lot of us catch water from the sinks in a large plastic dishpan and use it to flush the toilet, you could do something similar in the shower. Or go in the basement where the shower P-trap is and re-plumb it to drain into something like a 5 gallon container and then use that to flush the toilet.
