Remembering James & Michelle Butler

Hi Everyone,
Let us keep n our hearts this lovely couple. They were fulltime RVers that were exploring the country, and they were taken away from us so cruelly.

James and Michelle Butler

A stop in Texas to enjoy the beach and the water was their last stop.

Rest in Peace

Truly Tragic

My first thought was they were targets because they were Rv'ing.
Most campers we have ever came across were friendly and welcoming. I can only imagine how they were duped by the murdering evil people that did this to them.
So tragic...

The news report tonight by authorities stated the beach is considered a safe one and one where families go.

Crime happens everywhere.

My Wife and I drove the beach on Padre Island about 15 years ago. We took the Jeep about 20 miles south and didn't encounter a soul. It was a nice little excursion then but nope, I wouldn't be interested in doing it today by ourselves. Maybe a bit paranoid but when I think about it, there are things that can go wrong in less traveled areas like this.

This is very sad indeed,, Keeping their Family and Friends in our prayers.

Odd, others that actually live in that area say that section of the beach where these murders occurred report that particular section to be desolate and a history of crime.
