You can contact Paul (AZPETE) again and ask where he recommends?
When you went to Alliance coach, were they not able to help?
What is it not doing this time?

I've called Paul so many times about this system I feel I'm being a pain in the rear end. Last time I talked with him he wasn't feeling well so I don't want to bother him again.
As far as alliance coach goes, I don't have any faith in them, plus their very expensive.
This time nothing works on the touch pad, no lights. The store light will come on if I push that, but that it.
So after three control box, five solenoid's ,shuttle valve, new springs I'm tired of holding my breath every time I go near the touch pad. So, after I find someone to fix it again, this coach needs a new owner!

Did you check the ground at the pump/reservoir/motor assy? Usually it's the contact between the plate everything is mounted to and the frame. The contact is made via the mounting bolts to the frame. If they are not tight, its not going to work or work well. You could loosen the mounting bolts, clean the contact area and reassemble tightly.
Another way to test it to see if it is a ground problem is to add a ground to the assy. You could use a heavy jumper cable (8ga) from the bolts that go through the motor to the pump and the other end to a clean spot on the frame.
Another person to talk to is Chuck @ Stuart Services ( HWH Replacement Parts - Stuart's Services).

I looked back through your previous posts and you never mention what hwh system you have.
Seems you have replaced many parts already so it comes down, IMO, to power and ground. The pic I posted above is what Paul recommended that I do to guarantee a good ground and I have not had an operation problem since.
I also bought new springs, new pump/reservoir/motor, got all the solenoids rebuilt and replaced the shuttle valve, so I feel your pain. I did not have to replace my 610 control box. Plus I still have a couple jacks which have hard seals which hinder some of the jacks from restoring. I spray the jack ram with WD40, spraying WD up into the seal area where the ram goes into the cylinder and rubbing it in with a tooth brush. This helps but still I get a jack that won't store properly and needs help from me and my shovel. Maybe next year on a trip to the midwest I will make an appt at HWH and have the 4 jacks rebuilt - they say they can do all 4 in one day plus I can stay the night before and after in the lot that has full hookups. Just call and make an appt, was 2 weeks in advance, not sure now how early you need to make an appt - worth a call.

Crawled underneath this morning, checked all the wires I could, tightened the two manifold bolts that weren't loose but not tight either.
Gave it a try and all worked good till I wanted to lift the front a little, that button didn't work at first but it finally did, the pump kept turning off n on.
Relay maybe? it's level now I'll try it again tomorrow.
Thank you all much
Sorry, it's a 325 series
