Replacing locks and latches help!

Just bought a Columbus 374 BHC and love it EXCEPT. …

The "Black Tank" eligible locks and latches on the cargo doors. I plan to put in 6k worth of Battle Born Batteries and a full bore off grid setup. My CH751 compartments will be getting the Magnetic Cam Lock treatment. The slam latches are crappy plastic made in .. you know it .. China and they are flimsy and crappy. Ideally I would be able to install something made of metal that would be compatible with the above magnetic cam locks or swap out the lock in the latch, at the very least, with a magnetic cam lock. Suggestions on a better latch that I preferably don't have to drill the RV (though that is not out of the question, just not preferred.)

TIA

If someone is going to break into your bays they are not going to pick the lock... They will have a crowbar or big screwdriver to just pry it open...

I would put the batteries in a plywood built box to make them less noticeable and easier to keep warm... Or better put them under your bed (directly above the front battery bay) inside the rig...

Any lock you install on a compartment can be opened quickly with this master key...

I am only trying to slow them down long enough to be able to deploy my counter key.

The problem is Lippert still uses crappy locks that a 3 year old could pick in 15 seconds. I want to replace with magnetic cam locks. There is no point of a lock that isn't at least requiring the user to force the door.
