Funny you mention it...since today I found this while tracing the wire back from the BCC. It must have rubbed the tire at some point and was making contact with the frame. I fixed the wire and now the output stays at 14.72V. I also get that all the way to the BCC connection...HOWEVER I don't see that at the house batteries.

Progress. What voltage do you get at the house batteries? And the chassis batteries?


(With the converter off, and with it on.)

I get 11.72V with the charger on and 11.82V with it off. I also have the pics below.
