Those uses don't require a release.

If they are audio recording or using COVERT cameras inside, it needs to be be posted at the entrance to the building. Outside is a different story, and laws vary by state.

Yes we have. We either don't sign it, and when they keep requesting it, go some other place. Lots of campgrounds around.

A campground is, in general, private property and can deny service to anybody, just like a store.

And most are jam packed full and reservations are nearly impossible to make these days. It's an RV parks market out there right now.

IMO, NO campground is worth that kind of nonsense. I would reply exactly that, adding that I will go find a spot where I don't have to worry about some jack-wagon lurking behind every bush to take snaps of my wife and/or kids.
But that's just me.
I'd try to make sure I had another spot lined up though.

None of you folks can go to Disney world. Or just about any other public place that requires a reservation or a ticket. Like ball games, car shows, boat shows and on and on. If you're so worried about your "rights" you better start reading those ticket documents.

See paragraph #2 under company rights at this link:

I’m kind of offended, nobody ever asked me to sign a consent or release to be photographed. I’ve even been told I have movie star looks. Now if I only knew why they think my girlfriend’s name is Esmeralda.

Joke aside, never sign something you’re not comfortable with.

My big issue would be the audio side of the waver.

My guess is they are filming for some promotion and they may have a crew, film and interview you for that.

Easy answer is no and I would question why they are requiring it.

As a photographer I use model and property releases all the time. It is the only way you can use someones image for profit and not use it for news if it is on private property. I would sign the form and put in that you will be charging them 1000 dollars for each commercial use of your image as a new paragraph and initial it as well. I doubt they will accept it but it is the same thing and if they do use your likeness you get the money

When attending some events or places I have been asked to sign a release like this. Since I’m not on the witness protection program, I signed it.
If you are a celebrity, have your lawyer review the form first.

There is less paperwork to clear customs, quarantine and the police in entering a foreign country. I would cancel and find a nicer place to stay. If everyone does that maybe the campground
Owners will wonder why they have no business

Sign with the words "Above not accepted" or the likes. and date it. Make the penmanship look as much like your signature as possible. OR scan the document into a new document with character recognition software. And edit it to what you agree to while maintaining the original fonts, sizing and spacings of the lines and paragraphs. Sign that and send it back. They will likely never catch it and should anything sensitive or objectionable be release into the great wide web you will at least have an avenue of legal recourse. Obviously save a copy of what ever you send.

At least they asked😁

We stayed a week in a state park campground with several other people as part of a family reunion. We had nearly a whole section. We sat behind my rig and played music for several hours a couple of evenings. We had a grand ole time!

A couple of years later, I ran onto a website advertising a Bluegrass festival at the same park. Part of the festival was the late night jams in the campground. Absolutely every picture they used on the website to advertise the festival was taken directly from my website.

To be clear, we were not there during the festival. We just happened to be playing music in the same campground. Copy and paste and there you go.

The festival was billed as an event put on by the state park and a promoter, but I imagine the promoter was responsible for the website.

I started to send them an email, but the Martin guitars and the bus looked pretty good. I let it go.😍
