I too have dealt with signs that commercial filming may be going on, but nothing beyond that. Though I can see the need for this to be in an RV parks contract, Think about the headache of trying to take advertising photos showing drone footage of an RV park and getting consent after the fact from all of the 30-70 RV owners.

Tear up the pages and send it back them with a note. "No way". Maybe they will figure out that it's bad practice.
Reminds me of a joke: What do call a lawyer at the bottom of the ocean?
A good start.
IMO there are way too many nonsense lawsuits these days.

The reality - a private campground offers accommodation on their terms and the campingperson agrees to those terms or is free to not engage the accommodations. It's a matter of *property rights* and the rights of an individual to enter, or not enter, into an agreement under those terms for the use of real property.
Complaining will likely result is stifled yawns and discreetly rolled eyes.

Photo/Liability Waiver
Had to do that at KOA Chincoteague or they probably would not let us in. Don't know if it applies to all KOA's but if so...

Or, they'll just rent the spot to the next guy.

Has anyone asked if you could simply opt out of having your picture taken for those CG's who have asked you to sign a release?

I know that in my amusement park example, that would be an impossibility. If you have photogs wandering about taking pics and vids, they have no idea who has or hasn't signed. The releases make it possible for them not to have to worry about that.

The Apocalypse is here. No way would I sign that just based on not wanting to subsidize more lawyers. I'd go to Walmart parking lot before I'd sign it.

Have you ever been to WDW, WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot a main street in just about any major city on the planet? If you don't want your picture taken you probably need to draw the blinds and stay in the house.

All very true. There is the difference why the signed release form? Security cameras are one thing, but its unclear perhaps what the park is doing with them.

One of those Freudian things - the first time I saw this topic my eyes saw "photographic" but my brain thought "pornographic" and it made me wonder what kind of RV park this might be...
"Honey, keep the grandkids inside, I think we need to find a KOA."
