Resealing the roof

It's my first time resealing the whole roof by myself any help on best way the best time and what best to use please any info would be welcomed Thank you Willspirit

Should have said it's a rubber roof and after I do the seals I want to apply the material to the roof don't know what to use and have had some problems with RV repair person any help appreciated

This is the best stuff. It will seal for 10 years. Search this site, there are alot of threads about this.
