REV/ ARG Service Centers

So--I think I am due for another dumb question. Do these centers repair only REV/ARG/... or will they work on other Manufacturers' coaches? Are they an authorized repair center for any non-REV brand?

I see the popping up in different areas, recently announced one for Mesquite, NV.

FYI, ARG is no longer, replaced by REV. The only thing changed is the name. REV consists of Fleetwood, American Coach, Holiday Rambler, Monaco, Beaver, Trec and Safari. They, like any repair center, will work on any make/model. I do not know if they give preference to "their brands." I've been to the Alvarado shop...shop rate is $140 per hour.
