When I inquired about getting my rubber roof replaced, I was told by a dealer he now uses a spray on material like used in truck beds. Says it lasts longer and easier to repair.

If you go back with a single sheet, replace it with TPO, non fleece backed. Cheaper and better. Reseal with Sikaflex 715, lasts longer than Dicor. Or just tape with Eternabond.

First, why are you wanting/needing to do this?

I bought it used it is 10 years old. You can see where they have tried to fix it in the past. Also inside you can tell where there is past water damage. Parts of the roof are also soft to walk on ( found that out when cleaning). I live it in and need to make sure it holds up and keeps us safe! Also need to find/get an awning for the slide out so water doesn't continue to sit on it.

Check "Rhino ECO roof restoration" or LineX. Rhino ECO roofs have been around for at least 5 years. It has a lifetime warranty. Just make sure that place that does it has done other RV's before so they know what they are doing. Ask for references. There is at least one RV manufacturer that puts it on all their new RV's. LineX is a little newer in the roof replacement business but similar in product.
Downside may be that it only comes in one color, silver, for UV protection.

I second the Rhino ECO solution. I've read of warranties being from 5 years to lifetime.
