Why did your existing unit quit?

Fan motors are easy to replace.

These units are notorious for failed crimp connections on the internal wiring inside the electrical enclosure, accessed from the roof of the coach.

Unless the compressor has definitely failed (which is uncommon these days) I would be looking for component failure before looking at buying a new unit that likely will have the same issues as your current unit.

Factory built self contained AC units will last a long, long, time. Think about how long refrigerators and freezers used to last - still do to some extent.

Reason - they’re factory built rather than field built-up. Refrigeration system contamination is nil - and the refrigeration system is the most expensive component of the system.

Back when I taught Jr College HVAC in the early ‘90’s, Copeland compressor did a study - something like less than 1/2% of warranty returned compressors were actually bad. That tells you something about the industry - and with all the state licensing that is now required, I’m not real sure the technicians are any better today - they just change more.

Keep the condenser clean, the fan motor oiled, the filter clean; make sure to have an EMS on your coach to make sure it doesn’t run under voltage; learn how to check all the wiring connections in the electrical box for burned connections - and you’ll save a lot of time, money, and sweat.
