RV Care Logbook

Does anyone know the status of "RV Care Logbook"? I've been having issues with it and reaching out to Gavin but he has stopped responding. Also the www.rvcarelogbook.com site appears to be down. I've been trying to give them time to resolve the issues before I move on but I'm running out of patience. Any input or suggested replacement software will be appreciated.

Thanks, Ray...

There is an option at maintainmyrv.com - it's actually part of the RV Life Pro suite, along with RV Trip Wizard.

It would appear that they have left the building!

IMO there is an obvious flaw in the software.
There can only be one document uploaded to your performed maintenance at a time, so if you have anything done a second time the first document is erased.

Ray, can you describe this issue a bit better? Are you saying that if you replace the tires and upload the work order, then later on replace the tires again that the first work order will be replaced by the second work order? I would assume that each maintenance entry would be able to have its own paperwork uploaded. I haven't had a chance to play with the package yet but I can look into this issue...

I find old school record keeping works just fine. A file folder with all receipts, steno pad and pencil does the trick for me, plus it's something that travels well and a valuable resource to any potential new owner.

That is the way I understood the website main page. This was my first time perusing the website.
P.S. The website home page will not load for me tonight so I can't confirm my statement with a link. The discussion forum is empty so no help there, I'm not going to pay $49 to join a website that appears to be failing already.

Each time you do any maintenance it's a separate activity, so you should be able to upload documentation for each activity. I haven't had a chance to really explore the site yet, and I truly don't know if I'd ever use it, but just so you know - the $49 membership not only gives you this site, but you also get the RV Trip Wizard site, AND the RV LIFE Pro app for your phone. So, even if you never use the MaintainMyRV site you'll get other valuable tools for trip planning and GPS navigation.

I was able to log on yesterday, and again today...
