RV Communities in St Augustine area

Since two of my kids announced they are moving to St Augustine, I have decided to look for a home base in the area. I will winter here and want to be able to park my 45' class a next to my house, not nearby. I also want an age restricted community with scheduled activities.

I have visited The Great Outdoors. It would be my choice but it is almost 2 hours away and that is just too far from them and my grandkids.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is a beautiful area. I live in Orlando, and we drive up along the beaches (especially Flagler!) to St. Augustine frequently. If you want to pm me with some details, I can look around a bit for you. Price range, how many BRs and Baths, big lot, llittle yard, no yard ... stuff like that.

I am a Rv owner and a St. Augstine real estate broker with over 22 years of selling here. I cannot think of any type of housing here which would fit your criteria other than purchasing a home on some acreage.
