RV crash test

Just saw this on another forum and thought I would share, apologize if it’s already been posted here.

The video is in Swedish thus no clue what they are saying, what kind of RV’s they use etc however the damage is interesting to see. I have always wondered how coaches over here would fare in these type of crashes.

If you want to see the crashes forward to 2:10 then the next one is at 3:20

I have reviewed the statistics for MH on medium trucks (Class A and Super C) chassis and it is less than 10 a year.

It is not a statistic that calls for more goverment action to reduce the rate.

From accounts I have read speed, overloading, and tire blowing out would appear to be factors causing fatal accidents. Not wearing a seat belt is a difference between those that die and those that are injured.
