We saw that today on our way back from Jax Beach. Haven't been able to find out any details.Traffic backed up 4.5 miles, according to local radio reports.

I keep checking local news, but I can't find anything. Funny thing is that I used to work for the station that's in my screenshot! Unfortunately, I haven't worked there in so long I don't know anyone to ask anymore.
