I've got a tab for chassis maintenance, a tab for house systems, a tab for generator - each with details of each repair/maintenance item done. Also have a tab with a matrix where I can view things at a glance. The matrix (table) has the category across the top of the columns, and the mileage down the rows.

Thanks for all the tips. It seems that the RVCare Logbook software us alive and well after all. It has been in a state of flux for a while as the original developer retired and sold the rights to Gavin Smith. The new owner has been working on fixing a few bugs and enhancements. I receiveded a message from Gavin yesterday with my new license key so I will continue to use the program.
