RV Log Software

Does anyone know of a good program to track expenses, repairs, trips etc? I did use RVCare Logbook but support for it seems to have disappeared.

check out RVTRIP WIZARD. It doesn't do everything, but it's good. Its about $50 a year with a free trial.

For campgrounds I bought a paper logbook off Amazon. There are a couple different types available. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=rv+logbook&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
None of them seem to track other expenses tho. I'm using Fuelio on my phone for that.

I use a spreadsheet. You can use Excel or any of the others out there. It you're not familiar with spreadsheet software, it requires a bit of learning to get to know the 'language' of them, but they are completely customizable for your needs/desires.

I looked at a number of apps available on line and decided to build my own spreadsheet on my iPad using Numbers. It’s very similar to Excel. My spreadsheet is not as fancy as the apps but gives me everything need.

You can export the Fuelly data into your spreadsheet and get everything in one place for analysis/historical use.

Yep, I do that also as I factor in generator usage for better mileage estimates.

I have been using the Road Trip app for years. Very easy to use and does everything I need for all of my vehicles

I use aCar by Fuely for that on my phone. Tracks expenses, mileage, etc. Reminders for service. Free.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. Copy each year for the next year. I have monthly totals for fuel mileage, yearly totals, yearly depreciation, forecast tire, oil and transmission service and non-fuel expenses, also.

Me too, and OpenOffice Excel is freeware! I use the Spartan factory service recommendations (annual for MH's) to project normal maintenance.

I use Sheets (like Excel, but Google's cloud-based version) for all of our RV information. Seems to work out well, and, as others have mentioned, it's customizable.

Hope this helps! Good luck.
