Have you been informed by the police to move your motorhome? Where I live in Minnesota (Rochester) my motorhome resides beside my garage from October to January. Theoretically I am illegal but my neighbors don't complain and police have better laws to enforce unless they do receive a complaint.

Have a nice day - Darrel

Some people abide by rules; some don't.

We live in Iowa, and we like to be home Thanksgiving until Christmas. We worry if we bring back to MH to Iowa in November, that there will be a delay in being able to leave right after Christmas due to weather complications. However we head southwest for winter instead of to Florida. Our process was about the same though. We preferred leaving our rig a day’s drive from Iowa, so we are looking in the Oklahoma City area. We will still winterize, but we won’t get stuck. We have a few places identified, but we will call them in the fall. I used the very sophisticated approach of googling “RV storage Oklahoma City”. I was also going to call a nice campground in the area and ask them for recommendations. Note that few places will guarantee you a spot months in advance. They prefer renting to long term people.
