They used to go together when Country Coach and the old Monaco and Beaver were still in business and you can still get it in Newmar and Tiffin in their high end. Buy you'll pay for it too.
No way of knowing but it's been estimated that the base price on my CC Magna would be 1.3 million today and the next model up would be 1.45 million.

I was an RV tech in the mid 90's and I remember how all of the techs would be impressed when a Prevost / Country Coach would come into the shop. CC was top notch coach builder and they were all nice.
I worked on ton's of Dynasty, Windsor and Diplomats which were new at the time. The Monaco's were pretty good but we still found lots of flaws, especially with wire connections.
Foretravels were well respected around the shop too.
