Hi Folks!
My wife and I are buying a small campground on the Alabama Gulf Coast,
That will handle 7 Rv's. We are looking for a sample rental agreement, for
month to month rental. Can anyone help? Thanks, Mack and Leigh

My first thoughts were.....where, what facilities, etc..

Then I looked at your profile.
Are you planning on having a nudist only park?
This might make a wee bit of a difference.

Hi DaddyMack,
There are several things you need to do:
1. The attached file is what I use for lease with option to purchase. A bit of rewording and this should do for what you want.
2. Consider seeing an attorney in the area where the property is located. The attached agreement is for the State of Tennessee. The laws may be different for Alabama.
3. Have the attorney explain tenant approval law (equal opportunity and discrimination) and eviction law for the area you are in.

Where is this new park going to be? Once we sell our Spanish Fort, Alabama house - we plan on living in our Entegra during the work week - and home to New Orleans on the weekends. If close to Daphne, Alabama ... we may consider being your first tenet!
