RV space in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl

This is an inquiry. We saw and saved a previous link that is now not available when I click on it. I am in search of the RV park in Palm Beach Gardens. 11300 Monet Lane (954) 682-0076. We are in Tallahassee and the price is right and in our ballpark for the reasonable and affordable monthly rate. We are looking for a 3 to 4 month stay. If there is a long term agreement, we are willing to negotiate. We have a Jayco Eagle 28 and would like a long term lease to be able to travel back and forth. Is anyone familiar with this location? There is a more reputable location (Great Times RV) but the Palm beach Gardens location is the area we would like to frequent or even keep our sweetly there full time. It is a residential area and for the price, I'm not so sure it might be a scam? Thank you in advance for any comments/advice, Ray and Sherry

Perhaps someone once rented out spaces at one time. I don't see any rigs in the map view.

I clicked the google earth link you provided and I see 70-90 "rigs" of some sort. The roof lines look like mostly mobile homes, park models and some trailers with fixed top awnings. Rather cramped condition but that seems typical for some areas. I have no personable knowledge of the area and it doesn't look like something at all that I'd use.

To the OP, I'd suggest you drive to that location to see what's there. Google is not always your friend.

That address is a trailer park.

First off .. thank you all for the positive replies and helpful information! A few of you spoke about the trailer park close by off of RCA Blvd on the map.. but this was advertised on Monet Lane. It showed the end of a "dead end" street and next door to homes. Sort of reminds me of the Keys. But like the rest, I have called and received the same recorded voicemail. If it is a residential lot, we are not interested as we would like more of a grey/black water hook up than a pump out situation and power source.. LOL
