Is there a website for people who have RV spots to rent ( not fulltime) for folks near vacation homes? Somewhere nice, peaceful and serene, in Texas. We like to be off the beaten path in quiet parks and it just got me to wondering...I'm not sure what you'd call these RV spots

If you look in the local paper for where you want to be, under the heading "RV spot for rent" or similar wording, you will often find exactly what you're looking for: someone has an RV spot/space near their home that they want to rent out. Craigslist also. You do have to have the name of the town you're interested in, so you can search. I discovered this last summer when I was searching for a spot for the eclipse. Most of these are long-term arrangements. If you want free, then look in the Caretakers Wanted magazine. Some really great situations in there if you're willing to do grounds maintenance. Sometimes you don't have to do anything at all.
