My fifth wheel is currently in covered storage. I live on a lake in Arkansas where there are many uncovered storage areas for $50 a month. My unit is 34ft long, in a 14x40 ft building that has 6 similar storage units. Concrete floor, 120v 20 amp electricity. I pay $1400 a year, they only have annual contracts.

Storage Facility in San Antonio

I use San Antonio RV and Boat Storage in San Antonio Texas. Great facility with some great amenities (electricity, water, air station) and very well designed. www.sarvandboatstorage.com

I don't know about the cost of such a structure to house boats and RV's.

But just about every mini-storage in our area has RV and boat storage pole barns. They're building them as fast as they can put'em up.

We have one place that's just for motorhomes, and they are completely closed.

It's great that you're located in a place of high demand for storage. I keep my RV in a locked and guarded lot in a member owned campground for $32.50 a month--a bargain.
