RV Systems monitor

I have a 2000 Georgie Boy Landau . The other day I pushed on button to check grey & blk tanks . The switch is a rocker type. Now it doesn't move . The only numbers I see are stickers on the back of circuit board . Numbers are L 9251 and L 5097-72ER . Looking for a replacement . Thank you.

Most dealers can order one for you. PPL is a good place to start.
