Has anyone heard if Stew Oleson's show has been picked up yet by a new network? The RV community was well served by his show and it deserves to be on the air again. The last news was on RV.Net back in December '06 and nothing so far. Any rumors about the show returning soon or positive info?

On rv.net they are reporting that it will be on The Outdoor Channel this fall. Someone e-mailed Stew and he confirmed that they are shooting new episodes now.

"Most" of the RV community has been served by them, they ignore our group.

Joseph,

What group are you referring to? Truck campers, iRV2, a certain brand?

Truck Campers, the last program they did, the one discussed on the RV.net forum in a couple different forums, and on NATCOA, didn't discuss a single truck camper. They did pretty much everything with its own wheels, but not a single truck camper.

That's interesting, so far this year ( through June ) 4,100 truck campers have been shipped from the OEM's which represents 2.5% of the towables shipped. Although truck campers aren't a huge portion of the entire RV industry, there are many of them being used and bought. It'd be nice if they would run something appealing to cater to that segment of the market.

Beef stew!

Stew Olson, the host of the show, and he may be the producer also.
