RVcare Logbook Software

I have been using RVcare logbook for few years but I see that the developer has sold the product. I recently had a computer crash and had to replace my hard drive and reinstall the software. I tried to use my back up file but cannot get it to work. I tried to contact the new company but have to replies to my emails.
Has anyone else had this issue? I have lost over 3 years of records. Is there another product on the market?

What's the extension on the backup file?

Is the backup file human readable? (can you open it in something like Notepad and actually read what's there, or is it just gibberish)
If you can read it then you would at least be able to enter the old data manually.

Are there any software packages available? I have a great one for my TV and am looking for a good one for my TT.

I've had similar issues. I found a good ol' pen and paper notebook is best.

Spreadsheet serves me well. Store it in Dropbox along with PDF manuals as I find them.
