We have looked into it a bit a while back. You can rent RVs over there and do an RV tour. There are various companies that do that. One class A MH we bought had spent 3 years in Europe. The appliances where like new because of the different electrical system they have, ours don't work on their system without some adapters. The MH was absolutely filthy after being in the hold of a ship for several weeks. Also their RVs are smaller due to the old roads and towns and bridges. Our north American RVs are much larger and can be more difficult to manouver, not impossible just have to be more careful where you go. Campgrounds are not like ours over here I understand they are much smaller, less amenities and less reliable for water and electric. And fuel is considerably more expensive than what we pay, even now. Thats about all I can share about it, we are still looking at doing it for a month or so but it is expensive but what isn't?
