Wondering what people's experience is with RV One in Orlando (Casselberry)? I bought a Jayco from them last year and the experience was fine. Never needed to have any service done. I have an Airstream trailer now and they are an authorized dealer and the closest to me.

We live near there and I’ve been there a couple of times. Our experiences if you had not bought an RV from them they do not want to do business with you.

That's pretty common these days. We did buy from them, just not this trailer. They had no Airstream inventory. LaMesa in Sanford was the same way when we had our Motorhomes.

Not your fault that they had no inventory, you tried - that should mean something. Give 'em a shot. If you get any flack, I'd bet a call to Airstream corporate for refusing warranty/maintenance work would be of interest to them.

I’ve not really heard anything bad about them. Generalized comments like “horror stories” but never first hand. Don’t need anything fixed (yet), but we all know how that goes.

Well heres two first hand ; bought a slightly used thor serano from them with out of round tires and 5 structural water leaks. They said we took it so they wouldnt fix anything. It had 6k miles and was 6 months old. My brother bought a new mh from them and got equally bad service. Never again !
