I caught one idiot and the cg owner held him for the cops. I don't know the outcome.
There was one a little over a year ago where the perp who was disgruntled with a college admin left a bowl of effluent in the suspended ceiling to get even. What he ended up with was a two year prison term.

Purposly setting out a bio hazard is not considered a harmless prank and can yield a very stiff penalty.

It is sad that they would automatically blame an RV'r but who knows it could have been one of the Walmart abusers upset at being told to move on.

there is a few campgrounds that I've been in that I've been treated like crap by the volinteer hosts that I've felt like leaving a mess in front of there camper. I was in Oceon springs last year at Davis bayou campground and was insulted by the ranger ( this campground was full of homeless liveing in tents); I guess he was frustered at them, but that was no reason to take his frustration out on me. If I knew where he lived, this is one time I would have given him the full load in his yard.
