RV'r Dumps Sewage in Parking Lot

Yuck, why would anyone do this?

Click here for link to story below:

KELSO, Wash. (AP) - Some RV owner is apparently dumping his sewage in the parking lot of the Cowlitz County Hall of Justice parking lot in Kelso. It happened first last summer, but when it happened again this month the county thought there might be a leak in sewer lines.

The county spent $15,000 running dye and cameras through the pipes. Workers found nothing wrong.

The Longview Daily News reported that officials are keeping an eye on the parking lot in case someone tries to make another sewage dump.

How do they know that it is someone with an RV. It could be somebody local who is letting the County Officals know what they think of them.
Did tax bills just come out.
Is someone upset with a court ruling.
Why do RVers always get the blame.

My first thought was the same as read & learn. Does anyone know the quanity. If it was small it could have been done with a bucket.

And if it was a large quantity it could have been a sanitation (porta potty) company that has a gripe with Cowlitz County. Hope they clear us RVers.

As for RV or Porta-potty company.. Different chemicals in the poop

The source can be from about 4 or 5 that I can think of right now. Wonder what their security cameras caught on film? You know they must have cameras around that building.

I've thought about doing this many times but have always resisted the urge.
there is a few campgrounds that I've been in that I've been treated like crap by the volinteer hosts that I've felt like leaving a mess in front of there camper. I was in Oceon springs last year at Davis bayou campground and was insulted by the ranger ( this campground was full of homeless liveing in tents); I guess he was frustered at them, but that was no reason to take his frustration out on me. If I knew where he lived, this is one time I would have given him the full load in his yard.

IN another thread in another forum. I read of a camper who was staying at a campground without full hookups, Every few days he'd drive over to the dump station......

Well... One camper never moved, he never went to the dump station.

The poster noticed how he did it,, He simply dumped on the ground.. Had been doing it a while and. in fact, if you got near the area where he dumped there was a noticable.. .. ur... aroma.

Poster chatted with park manager

Other camper was invited to ..... Dump elsewhere

I kind of wonder if they sent him a bill for the clean up

To dump in stupidity is only stupid. To dump maliciously is, to my knowledge, a criminal offense in any jurisdiction. Punishable as either a misdemeanor or a felony with prison as a likely penalty.

I caught one idiot and the cg owner held him for the cops. I don't know the outcome.

Thinking and doing is two different things; show me someone thats been treated like crap wheather it's in the checkout counter at the corner grocer or someone thats had an ideot cut them off in your car; reverge is sweet; even if is only in your mind.
they don't have enought jails to hold "all" the lawbreakers; I'll bet there is not one person that reads these post that is entirely free of "all" unlawful acts.
