Having a revocable living trust makes it so much easier on the survivor.

When I bought the RV, new, I put it in the revocable trust's name. Any new vehicle bought is in the trust's name also. The Banking account is in the trust's name as well as all real estate. Easy.

Doesn't matter. It's all covered in the documents. Either way, all of our worldly possessions will wind up in the Family Trust.
