Seat Belt Warranty

Is there a federal law on seat belts, as to a warranty and the length of warranty? And where should I take the coach to get them repaired? The Flexsteel web-site is useless.

If the seatbelt originally failed to meet fedreal safety specs, it would be covered. I know of no federallaw that says it must still meet federal specs after x years. Federal law requires that new vehicles be equipped with adequate seat belts - what happens thereafter is up to the states.
