I have a question for you seasoned veterans---I have a sister and brother-in-law who currently have their '04 Itasca Meridian---diesel pusher that is fully loaded with leather furniture, electric bed, in-motion sat., and on and on---and oh, 36' with 17,000 miles on it---and they are currently in MN., but soon heading west south west---and they want to know if I would ask if anybody knows a safe inter-net broker, that you would recommend for them to contact. They currently are listed in RV Search, and RV Trader----and all they get are calls from people wanting to sell it for them. The position they are in is: Not knowing who is quality and safe/legimate and who is not. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Oops------I really was trying to say "legitimate" and don't even know if that spelling is correct.

Here is a link to a website of a person in my area that sells diesel pushers, usualy on consigment. I think that he is legitmate. His wife operates a small RV supplies business and he operates this buisness as a side line.

Over the net you have to be very careful of te scams artist. My persoanl choice for safety and not having to deal directly with the lookers would be a consignment dealer.

I agree with BLT on ppl motorhomes. They seem to fully explain everything up front and there's no obligation if you don't feel comfortable. They have a long track record and have sold hundreds of MH's. You can see the sale prices of the motorhomes they've sold on consignment in the last year on their website and you can get a good idea of what the asking price is of the MHs they have on their lot. They also have parts and service. The downside for someone located in MN is that they are in Houston, TX.
