Septic inlet is too high
I am about 10 feet from the septic inlet. I have an accordion support but at the end of my sewer hose, the hose leads up about eight inches. I try to empty tanks and the water backs up in my hose and I have to lift it the lift the hose the length of it to get the water out. IT takes a while to empty it.
I guess I need another support system when I have that situation but I don't have a lot of room to carry another system. I won't always know when I will face this problem.
What do you do in that situation?

I have never used a support for the sewage hose........and without one, there is a "Water Trap" formed in the hose............

I lift the hose the length of it to get the water out.
Almost at all campgrounds you will be at a different length/height and you just have to adjust to each one.

Never used a hose support. Just pick up the hose and drain it. Some CG require a support - if so, I don't connect the hose until needed to dump and stow again afterwards.

I put some guttering around my back deck cover, I bought it from Lowes. It is plastic and light weight. I had a ~6' piece left over that actually fit in the tube that holds my sewer hose. I carry this piece and use it when I get into a similar situation. I hang one end under the sewer hatch cover suspending it with a bungie cord. The other I just prop up in the direction of the sewer pipe.

For a one time use, live with it. If you have a long term site, I would hacksaw it off and do it right.

I use a 3/4 hp garbage disposal to pump my sewage through a 1" hose from the coach to the septic. The disposal lays on it's side under the waste pipes. I have a 4" line to the disposal, then a1" hose out with a shut off handle at the end. I have 3 25' sections of 1" hose which allows me to dump most anywhere.

I have seen that in a couple places.. First you can talk to park management perhaps they can cut the pipe down a few inches, it shoudl actually be slightly BELOW ground level.
But you can also do what I do when that happens.. I break out the Flo-Jet portable Macerator. it can pump up a short hill no problem.. Takes a bit longer (like 7 minutes) to empty the tanks (about 6GPM on level ground) but it pumps up hill no sweat.

That happen to us a few campsites ago. The sewer hole was not only about 8 inches above the ground, but the ground sloped uphill from our assigned site! I had to do what many of you posted, I "snaked" the sewage out of the hose!

I would ask to change sites or have them cut it to an appropriate height.

Don't think they are likely to cut it down. Usually a situation like this is because the area is prone to flooding, so the sewer inlet is raised to prevent ground water from flooding the septic system.

I use a plastic gutter like Jim, but I bought a 10' section, slip one into the other, then I block it up with short blocks of 2 x 6 until it is leveled out.
I also have a short block of 4" x 6" about 8" long that I use as it comes out of the MH to keep it high enough for gravity to work.
I have been thinking about buying another 10' section of gutter to give me a total footage of around 12', including a little overlap where the pieces fit together. Where they overlap, I wrap a short elastic cord around them.
I would send you a picture, but it is dark out. ;~)

Don't think I've ever seen an inlet quite that high, but about 4" is pretty common. I do carry a couple of sections of plastic gutter, but most of the time I'm too lazy to use it!
