Service star warranty

Just had my first experience with my extended warranty that I purchased in December 2013 when I bought RV. Motorhome lost power and though it idled fine it would only go about 25 mph. Have it in the shop and they said leaking exhaust manifold gasket and warped exhaust manifold. They said the exhaust brake is stuck in the almost closed position (caused the manifold to warp). And they also said lift pump is erratic. Motorhome is 02 winnebago Journey 32 with Cummins 5.9 275. Well bill is $3600 and warranty will pay $476 dollars, shy, because they said everything but pump was due to corrosion. I called to cancel this joke of a warranty and fortunately will get about $3400 back of the $4000 I spent 6 months ago. I suppose I'm kinda gonna break even. Anyone else p, make sure you look under motorhome and if there is much rust may want to forego the warranty.

If you didn't know, most extended warranties will not cover "rust and corrosion" on any part.
