I ordered a new 9' Carefree awning from ShadePro to replace the old problematic combination slide topper/awning that I lost when it failed. I took advantage of their end of summer 20% off sale and free shipping so the cost of the awning was fantastic. I had it shipped directly to my guy that handles my heavy work since residential delivery would add $100 due to being oversize and requiring a trucking service to ship. It was delivered to the shop and sat there for a few weeks while I could schedule in the install. When the shop unpacked it the awning was majorly damaged. Turned out the trucker damaged it in transit and then did some repackaging to hide the damage. I was concerned about making a claim back to ShadePro since we accepted delivery from the trucker. I called ShadePro, spoke with Justin and explained the situation. He was very apologetic and said not to worry, they would ship out a new awning immediately and handle everything. Sure enough, within 3 days a new awning was on its way with no hassles, just good old fashion customer service.
