Share your favorite purchased foods...
It's interesting to read the threads about recipes and cooking....however I don't cook much.
So if you bought some really good food (frozen or fresh) share it here !
Just bought this at "Trader Joes" grocery. It's really good!

We really like chicken salad with cranberries at Sam's. Good stuff!
Also the multigrain crackers (lots of sesame seeds). Look like little stop signs.

We like the trail and party mixes at Target. They have a great variety. Love the Melot soaked chees at Publix. Love Black Box wines.

Factory packaged meals... Do not excite me much at all (Alas I read labels) but I do like simple meals.. Thus the slow cooker is my friend. (though not the only tool in the house)
Example,, Tonight its BBQ ribs (Slow cooking as I type) After all BBQ is SLOW COOKING..
I also use a steamer.. A meat loaf lasts around five or six meals, wrap the serving in foil,, place in steamer basket along with some potatoes and veggies (fresh or frozen) and ... come back in 30 minutes.
Bean Soup (Vegetable/bean/sausage) Made in the pressure cooker
2 Pounds northern beans, soak over night, drain, soak some more, Drain put i pressure cooker, add 2 pounds mixed veggies, one pound breakfast sauage crumbled, one can each Diced tomatoes, Tomato sauce, Hormel Chili no beans, Chicken broth and water, Stir, Cover bring to pressure 30 miutes let cool enjoy.
Oh yes,, Ill be a week enjoying those beans.
