With all do respect, that is the exact attitude I received from CW. Like its my fault. Luckily it's all behind me now but that response sounds like one of their employees. I only shared this story in hope it helps someone else out. Keep your eyes open, ask tons of questions, explain exactly what work you want done and get in writing what work they will do. Exactly how it will be done, what materials they will use. Ask to meet the tech that will do the work, ask what his qualifications are and research the place before turning over your property. When u pick it up, ask the tech to walk you thru all that they have done, show you the repairs, see the replaced parts, test the new unit. Sad, but I guess that's what you have to do.
