I had a similiar issue in the fifth wheel until I found loose connections in the AC breakers. Two neutral, 2 hot and 3 grounds were very loose. Tightened them up super tight and the problem has not recurred since.
Now I check them every spring.

One other thing to add to the list....if you have a power cord reel and have been moving the cord in and out while connected to power, you could have burned contacts on the reel.
