Shout out for eTrailer
I have been working with eTrailer on a hitch/tow issue and the service has been outstanding! I had a number of questions and many follow-up questions. Jason answered all of my question in a very timely and complete manner. If you have questions and need good answers, based on my experience, at least, you can't go wrong to contact eTrailer. Thank you eTrailer and a particular thank you to Jason.

I agree, ordered from them several years ago, a really good experience. They know the products and were very helpful. I would order from them again.

Yep, their videos are great.
I've only had one problem and that was on my last order of a RoadMaster Nighthawk towbar. I live 10 miles from RoadMaster's HQ so I could easily pick it up there and eTrailer said they'd just have Roadmaster ship it direct to my home.
But eTrailer had it shipped to MO, then back to my home in Vancouver so the delivery was made when no one was home. Luckily I was at an FMCA regional rally not far from home so I drove 80 miles so it wasn't left at the front door over a weekend.

I also have bought several things from Etrailer regarding towing... Seems I spoke with Jason also, but all he the reps. have been very helpful.

I've pretty much exclusively ordered products from Amazon for going on 10 years, but I've found lately that eTrailer is on par with them as far as pricing and shipping times, plus their product availability and customer service has been very strong.
Good stuff with these folk
