Richard, I haven't played with them yet and maybe you have seen these, but on the Meridian there are a couple of cable driven adjusters on brackets on either side of the front access door. I did a quick check when we 1st bought the rig and decided it wasn't that bad, although the driving lights were obviously just bolted in and shipped.

Yes and yes. When I put them in, I adjusted them.

When I had the Moho smogged, the smog guy was an authorized headlamp adjusting station so while I was at it, I had him readjust them. Still no big improvement.

On my Adventurer, the headlights are pretty easy to adjust since Winnebago left little access notches to get at the adjusting screws.
