Slide issues

Hi: Have a 2020 Forest River GT5 Class A Motorhome. My dinette and theater chair slide will not slide out. Lippert says I have some onboard diagonastics to determine the issue. Can anyone tell me where to find the Dual Motor Synchronous Velocity Slide Controller. I know what it looks like but can't seem to locate it. I purchased this rig last July and should have warrenty ??? Suggestions on how to proceed and where I can find this Controller. Thanks, Chuck Edwards 9 months in Full Time

The controller for that system on my bedroom slide is mounted to the “ceiling” of the storage compartment below the left corner of the slide
