I just saw a very small exercise thingamabob. It was basically just a set of pedals, with a few dials for adjustments, that sat on the floor. You'd then sit in your chair, pull up the pedals, and you could watch TV while exercising. OR -- you could put it up on a table and use it with your arms.

There was no name on it -- the people that own it bought it at an FMCA rally, but I'm not sure when.

I have no idea of what to look for on the internet -- anybody know what I'm talking about, or where to get one?

Thanks -

Brookstone also sells the compact device and they have it on 'sale' for $20 less than I paid for one several months ago. I've used it to rehab a rotator cuff surgery- a lot cheaper than the endless visits to physical therapists. Brookstones are found in malls all over the country so you can go to a store and buy one rather than doing the mail order thing and hope it arrives before you want to move on.

We have a "stepper" that is compact. It's about the size of a large computer case.
