Time for a letter from your attorney.

You didn't give them the keys, did you???

We did talk to a lawyer and told value (2500.00)not worth trouble. We also talked to Monoco which is the parent co.of mckenzie and told they have no control over their dealers.I have learned if you buy any product that falls under Monoco and have a problem with your dealer you are OUT OF LUCK !!!!!!!

If I hear you right, you had not signed papers, nor received the new rig and yet the dealer sold your trade-in to someone else and allowed them to move it. I live in TN and this is a title state; thus, I do not understamnd how a dealer could sell something that if things are as you say they did not have a financial interest in and could not give the new buyer a transferred title. Is that not called stealing, i.e. selling something that you do not own.

I think I would look for another attorney and have them threaten to prosecute for grand theft unless you are duly compensated for personal belongings and your attorney fees.

BTW, ...about a year ago... and you are just now getting around to trying to square this away. When you are ready I have some wonderful ocean front properety for sale in Arizona! Ken, '04 DSDP...

I dropped the dime on a car dealer that did that and it was very satisfying when the sherrifs deputies surrounded the building and chained everything up.

I do feel bad for the people who were making deals in the showroom as they were escorted out of the dealership by the deputies and were not allowed to take anything with them as everything that was in the dealers possesion was confiscated.

The dealer never re-opened. I was compensated as so was everyone else cheated by this guy.

To explain a little farther.
I traded in a Sea Ray 31 ft boat and the dealer had asked about inspecting it before deal so I told him where they were a set was hidden.I did not know that the boat had been removed till we brought our new rv to the same marina rv park and went to get our stuff off of boat and it was gone.We were assured by Sun Coast that our belongs would br returned guess what??I can only hope that youall dont think that I am an idiot I just have a rule
Treat everyone as your next best freind, they just might be,but Ihave also learned DO NOT PUT ANY BODY THAT WORKS FOR SUN COAST RV IN THAT GROUP
