That's the definition of a true "Speed Trap".

Today I traveled from PA to NC in a car on routes I used to frequent in years past. I saw a huge difference in the speed of the the vehicles, including mine. Earlier this year I made the trip in reverse in my MH and while some traffic was slower there was still a lot of the 80+ mph driving. I saw none of that today. Rarely did I see a big truck pass and most of the 4-wheeler traffic was not more than 5 over the limit.

What I did hear on the CB in was now the cops will stop you if only 1 over. I heard truckers saying "make sure you don't do 66" in the 65 zone. My theory is since people slowed down when gas prices were high a lot of revenue is being lost from speeding tickets. Now to make that up the police departments are not being so lenient on mph over the posted limit.

Georgia Flash, passing on the right is allowed as long as the highway has four lanes or more.
