Splendid WD2100 XC all lights flashing

Splendid tech suggestion to try a new console board, that's the only choice they gave. Before I do that has anyone had all the lights come on when the ON/OFF button is pressed? Pulling the AC plug out for 30 seconds is the only way and does stop the lights from blinking, press ON again all lights rapid flash.

Buying an expensive board on a "maybe" is a gamble, wondering if I should dig down into the vent for lint, pull the lower front panel off look at something down there, in the parts book looks like there's a filter by the motor.

History is we bought a used MH, have used the WD 3 times in the year we've had it, no issues and no idea what the previous owners may have done with it

Worse case is I need to think about winterizing it in a couple months and cannot as is. Would be extremely hard to try and pull out of the MH!

Thanks any advice

We had a door lock problem with ours. Didn't know that the washer doesn't get along with the generator at times. Couldn't get the door open for any thing, even to the point of breaking the handle. Finialy left the breaker off for overnight and the light went out and we got the door opened. So it just takes more than a few minutes for it to reset.

This problem started last week, I've tried gen power, 120v 20amp residential power, even direct wire to the house, have left it unplugged for 48 hours, same results on power ON, all lights flashing.

Just wondering if, if something is plugged, or what

But thanks for the reply hope yours helps someone with the door locked

Sounds like you are getting a flash code. Count the flashes, then call tech support and give them the F-code (fault code). Fault code is the number of flashes preceded by F.......so the flashes start, count them until a pause, write the number down preceded by an F....example, 25 flashes....pause.....25 flashes etc. That would be code F25.
