Starting our coach garage

Or as we like to call it, The Coach Mahal.
20 x 50 attached to our existing 3 car garage. It will have gable ends and hopefully all tied together to look like it has always been there.

I'll be interested in seeing how it turns out. The existing garage is nice enough.

We thought about the existing garage but found it a little small.

Go for it. You may shave off a little paint but it should fit fine otherwise.

I thought I'd post some updated photos.
We hope the roof will be complete by the end of this week.

What size door are you installing? Was it a standard size? We will be building ours soon and the door has been the biggest question mark for us.

This company makes doors that can blend in with your current home.

We have Bifold in our radar. There's nothing to blend in with, we have not started our house yet. It is going to be a barndominium, so just about anything will blend with it.

Looks like good progress. You will be so happy to have your coach out of the elements and at home.

This is a good source for roll-up doors that require little overhead clearance. The doors fit up between the rafters. https://www.steeldoordepot.com/do/home

Our contractor, who also built the 3 car garage this is attached to has already ordered the door. Not sure what he ordered but him being our neighbor and has to look at all the time, I'm sure he got a nice one. Lol

Came home from a lovely four day weekend at Pine Mountain RV Resort in Pine Mountain Ga and we've got a finished roof!!
We were visiting with the FMCA group The Georgia Mountaineers. Great group of folks and we plan to visit with them again and perhaps even join their group.

I wish I had room for that. We built a 3 bay detached garage for the other toys a few years ago and tried to make room for the RV but couldn't make it work with the driveway and lot layout.

How much room do you have in front of the RV bay to get lined up?
