I drive my speed limit 55ish. I don't travel all that far in any given day (about 300 miles) so why get there too fast to enjoy the country I am driving through. Also my mileage at 55 is about three times what I get at 70. Ask me how I know. I stick to the right hand lane and seldom have to do any wild maneuvers to avoid some weirdness or the other. To each their own I guess and no I wasn't picking on you as you have every right to do as you do.
