steering control in safari Class A

just to the left of steering wheel on the side panel is a control box ...something to do with steering I am told. It doesn't seem to do anything that I can see. ??? The coach steers fine but I am not sure what this control is or how it works. ??? any thoughts ?? 2003 Sahara 39' Roadmaster 44r4

It probably controls the SuperSteer Trim Unit for the Roadmaster chassis.
